Please read the fine print carefully for each product and service.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPMENT HANDLING TIME: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS

SHIPMENT TRANSIT TIME: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or logistical challenges due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

Trak N Tell is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

DAMAGES

Trak N Tell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUND

Good once sold can not be returned. Our Android stereo is compatible with most vehicles. However, we have to rely on various accessories and/or peripherals such as frame, canbus, activators, etc. which are available in the after market. We can not guarantee fitment / compatibility with your vehicle of these accessories and/or peripherals. We do not take any responsibility for any issues faced during the installation process. Our standard refund policy shall apply in case of any and all issues encountered during installation.
